Does OPLO TV provide channels?

No. OPLO TV is a player. You add the M3U link or Xtream account you received from your provider, and the app plays it.

How do I add a playlist?

On first launch, paste the link your provider gave you; the app works out whether it is M3U or Xtream. You can also enter Xtream details one by one. On Apple TV there's no need to type with the remote: scan the QR code on screen with your phone and paste the link there. To add another list later: Settings › Lists › Add list.

Does my plan renew automatically?

No. The 3, 6 and 12-month plans end on their own when the time is up; there's nothing to cancel and you're never charged without asking. The end date is shown in Settings › Full version (on Apple TV, Settings › Plan); if you buy a new plan before it ends, its time is added on top. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment.

My purchase is missing

In the app: Settings › Full version › Restore purchases (on Apple TV, Settings › Plan), signed in with the same Apple Account.
